Funerals and memorial services are important components of celebrating the life of a loved one and working through the grief and pain of loss. It is not necessary to be a member to have a service at LCC. Scheduling a funeral or memorial service is always subject to the availability of our facilities as well as the availability of our staff and volunteers.

The First Step:

Please call the church office upon the death of a loved one. If it is not during regular office hours, please don’t hesitate to follow the prompts to reach the emergency pastoral cell phone. A pastor will call you back as soon as he/she is able.

The Second Step:

The pastor you are working with, along with the office staff, will help guide you through the planning process of the service including making recommendations for music, Biblical readings, and a reception if you choose to have one.
