Welcome to West Fargo Eats!

West Fargo Eats. is the innovative result of a unique collaboration between Lutheran Church of the Cross, Gate City Bank, YWCA Cass Clay, and Great Plains Food Bank to form the new Food Share Alliance in West Fargo – a first in this community. West Fargo Eats. offers a shopping-style and drive thru style experience with a mission to end hunger in our community and bring empowerment, dignity and respect to our neighbors experiencing food insecurity through the support of dedicated volunteers and partners.

How to access West Fargo Eats.

Neighbors may receive food from West Fargo Eats ONCE PER MONTH (not counting Pop Ups).

  1. CALL IN GROCERY ORDER: We are open for grocery pick up ONCE a month. See Schedule above for details on days and times.
  2. IN PERSON SHOPPING: Sign up ONLINE for a time to come in and shop. You NEED to have an email address
    • Click on reservation link: All December in person spots are full. Check back for January reservations that will be activated on December 31st.
    • Click on Sign up for the day and time that works best for you, then save and continue to complete the form. Once the form is completed click sign up now
      • IN PERSON SHOPPING POLICIES: To help ensure fairness and a positive experience for everyone we have set the following expectations. These help us keep things running smoothly and make sure every neighbor has the same opportunity to shop safely and respectfully. Please call if you have any questions
        • Arrive at your scheduled time (not early) due to limited space we will need to have neighbors leave and come back at your scheduled time and possibly while we finish up with the prior shift.
        • Shopping appointments are limited to 15 minutes.
        • Arrivals more than 5 minutes late cannot shop, please call if you can’t make it.
        • Children must remain with you and in your control at all times.
  3. POP-UP Produce Pantry (May – October)
    • No appointment needed / first come first served
    • Takes place in the parking lot of Lutheran Church of the Cross

Ways you can join the Food Share Alliance:

  1. Volunteer!
  2. Donate non perishable items!
    • Donations can be dropped off at the church office (1402 16th St E West Fargo, ND 58078)
    • Non perishable items and hygiene products are accepted
      • Make sure all donations have not been opened
      • Even if it is expired, we may still be able to use it! Call us if you have any questions!
  3. Host a nonperishable food drive
  4. Give a financial offering. – Financial Gift
